Tarot In-depth, 6
The practical suit of pentacles.
Don't mistake this as mundane, boring, or money focused.
This suit is not called coins in the Rider-Waite deck, but Pentacles. It is the suit of manifesting, embodying, enjoying...
And here we are- the last of the suits.
I've tried to connect to the essence of the suit with each module, to step into that mindset and teach from within the suit.
Pentacles is practical, and magical. It is manifesting, empowering, and embodiment.
So here I have focused on a practical formula to hopefully improve your tarot reading skills. And if my formula doesn't work for you- guess what- create your own! In fact that is the attitude I want you to take to the whole of my course.
-
Try it.
-
Test it.
-
Tweak it.
Never feel because I have told you to do something that makes it the "right way". Results are everything- so keep testing and tweaking to improve upon the suggestions I have made.
It is now 10 years since I wrote my first in-depth Tarot course, and the notes for that form the basis for my Tarot book (I've included PDF's through the course). What I am finding exciting about this course is just how much more I know, have experienced. Just how much deeper I can go now than 10 years ago. That is because I am always.... can you guess...
-
Trying new things.
-
Testing them.
-
And improving how I work by tweaking small details.
So- think of Tarot like cooking- we are really enjoying "Hells kitchen" right now. A good chef keeps tasting the food to check it is as good as he thinks it should be. We need to keep checking our readings, seek validation by choosing practical readings- or asking the querent for feedback.
Keep it real, keep it humble, keep checking your readings are on point.
And don't forget to have fun- chat with your cards as you would a good friend, and they will become just that. The best of friends.
